JP Bergeron is the principal of Bergeron Consultants Inc. He holds
membership in the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and the
Ontario Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
Having participated in construction projects throughout Northern
Ontario, his principal strengths are in the areas of commercial,
residential, institutional and industrial projects. With a strong
technical background, a cost and time conscious approach is taken to all
aspects of design and construction. In this area, there is a major
involvement and co-ordination with municipal, provincial and federal
agencies, architects and engineers.

Kylla Bergeron has participated in construction projects in Northern
Ontario since 1995. She is responsible for market studies on cost trends
of materials and labour. Her knowledge construction indices and cost
trends in the construction industry are a significant asset to the
firm’s ongoing pricing of the construction market. |
